Return part of a subscription box

If your baby outgrows a size before finishing a full box, we’re happy to take back any unopened packs to make sure you have the right nappies at the right time.
For each returned pack, we’ll add £11 credit to your customer portal, ready to use towards your next box.
How to Start Your Return:
Option 1: Through Your Customer Portal
1. Access your customer portal here.
2. On the right side of the page, find “Manage Your Orders” (see snippet below).
3. Enter your order number and postal code, then click “Find My Order.”
4. Choose a resolution option:
Refund to Original Payment Method
Exchange Product(s)
5. Select the item(s) you’d like to return (Subscription Box even if you're returning part of it)
6. Click “Download Label” or enter your email to have it sent to you.
7. Drop off the packs at the nearest Post Office.
8. Email hello@wearepeachies.com with order number and amount of packs sent back in case you need your box soon.
9. If we do not hear from you, we'll wait for the box to arrive and be inspected at the warehouse before uploading the £11 per pack sent. Please note that this may delay the exchange process by 3 days.
Option 2: Via Your Shipping Confirmation Email
1. Locate your shipping confirmation email from peachies@hive.app.
2. Click “Track Your Order.”
3. Scroll down and select “Create Return.”
4. Choose a resolution option:
Refund to Original Payment Method
Exchange Product(s)
5. Select the item(s) you’d like to return (Subscription Box).
6. Click “Download Label” or enter your email to have it sent to you.
7. Drop off the packs at the nearest Post Office.
8. Email hello@wearepeachies.com with order number and amount of packs sent back in case you need your box soon.
