Return a subscription box

If your box is undamaged and unopened, please follow these steps to start the return:

  1. Locate the shipping confirmation sent through peachies@hive.app.

  2. Click “Track Your Order” in the email.

  3. Scroll down a bit and select “Create Return.”

  4. Choose between the resolution options: “Refund to Original Payment Method” or “Exchange Product(s)”

  5. Select the item(s) you would like to return.

  6. Click “Download Label”, or enter your email address if you'd like the label emailed to you.

  7. Drop your box off at the nearest Post Office.


Please note that if you’re expecting a refund, this will be processed once the item is delivered and inspected at our warehouse.
