Peachies offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

1. Overview of Auto-Enrolment

By purchasing the Starter Plan introductory offer (currently £30.00 for your first order, reduced to £24.00 by an automatic 20% credit) on the Peachies website, you are automatically enrolled into a Starter Plan with Peachies.

The Starter Plan delivers ongoing boxes of nappies at regular intervals, with credits on your early orders and free delivery on every order. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time, with no minimum commitment.

2. What Auto-Enrolment Means

• Your first order contains 2 packs of nappies in your chosen size and is priced at £30.00, less an automatic 20% credit, so you pay £24.00.
• Your Starter Plan then begins automatically. Your first ongoing box contains 6 packs of nappies, designed to last approximately 28 days, and will be processed and dispatched 10 days after your first order.
• Each following ongoing box also contains 6 packs and will continue on a recurring basis unless paused, skipped or cancelled by you.
• You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each payment is processed.
• You can update your delivery schedule, nappy size or box quantity at any time through your Peachies customer portal.
• Each box is designed to last approximately 28 days, but you can adjust your delivery frequency in the customer portal to suit your child’s needs.

3. Introductory Offer, Credits and Free Delivery

No code is needed: all credits are applied automatically. Customers who purchase the introductory offer and remain on the Starter Plan will receive:

The following conditions apply:

• Credits are only issued and applied while your Starter Plan is active, using the email address and account used for your first order.
• If you cancel before a credit is applied, any unused credits are forfeited.
• Pausing or rescheduling your plan does not forfeit credits; they will be applied to your next eligible ongoing box.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be applied to one-time purchases, Trial Packs or gift cards.
• The offer is valid once per customer and once per household and cannot be combined with any other promotional code, offer or discount (including WELCOME20 and WELCOME20X3 below).
• If you are a parent or guardian of twins, triplets or more, please contact us for an exclusive offer on two or more active Starter Plans per household.

4. Plan Charges

The standard price of an ongoing box (6 packs) is £70.00, billed per box. With the credits above, your first orders are charged as follows:

• Charges are billed automatically to the payment method you provide, unless your plan is paused, skipped or cancelled before the billing date.
• Peachies may change the standard price of an ongoing box. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect on your plan.

5. Flexibility and Account Management

You can manage your Starter Plan at any time through your Peachies customer portal:

• Change delivery dates
• Update nappy size or quantity
• Adjust delivery frequency
• Pause, delay or skip boxes
• Cancel at any time (subject to the billing cut-off below)

Changes must be made before your next payment is processed, which occurs 3 days after your reminder email.

6. Cancellation Policy

• There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your Starter Plan at any time through your customer portal or by contacting the Peachies Nappy Concierge at hello@wearepeachies.com.
• Your 14-day right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your Starter Plan within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your first order, and receive a refund for any unopened packs. Because nappies are sealed hygiene products, this right does not apply to any pack that has been opened, or whose seal has been broken, after delivery. To cancel, use either method above, then return any unopened packs within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the packs back, or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
• To avoid being charged for your next box, you must cancel before the scheduled payment date.
• If you cancel after a box has been processed, it will still be dispatched and charged, subject to your 14-day right to cancel above.
• Cancelling ends any remaining credits and free delivery under this offer.
• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Eligibility

• The introductory offer is available only to new customers purchasing directly through the official Peachies website (www.wearepeachies.com).
• Purchases made via third-party platforms or retail channels are not eligible.
• The offer is not valid on Trial Packs, gift cards or orders placed before this offer was introduced.

8. Misuse and Abuse

Peachies reserves the right to:

• Reject or cancel Starter Plans suspected of fraud, misuse or account duplication.
• Withdraw credits or promotional benefits where these terms are breached.
• Limit access to promotions if abuse is detected.

9. Amendments

• Peachies may modify or withdraw this offer, or update these Auto-Enrol Starter Plan Terms and Conditions, at any time.
• Customers will be notified of material changes via email or through their customer portal.

10. Geographic and Service Limitations

• Starter Plans are available only to customers based in the United Kingdom.
• Delivery timelines and availability may vary by region.

Eligibility

This Offer is available to new customers only.

A “new customer” is defined as a customer who has not previously placed an order with Peachies using:

• the same email address, and/or
• the same billing or shipping address, and/or
• the same payment method, and/or
• any other identifier reasonably used to detect duplicate or repeat customers.

Peachies reserves the right to refuse redemption where we reasonably suspect the Offer is being used by an existing customer or in breach of these Terms.

Redemption conditions

Product restrictions

A “first-time subscriber” is defined as a customer who has not previously purchased a Peachies subscription, identified by the same email, billing/shipping address, payment method, and/or other reasonable identifiers.

Redemption conditions

• Purchase must be a subscription product;
• Minimum spend requirement must be met.

Discount & payment limit

20% off applies to the first three recurring subscription payments only. After the third payment, subscriptions renew at the standard price unless cancelled.

A minimum purchase value of £70.00 is required. If the subscription order total is below £70.00, the discount will not apply.

1. Definitions

• Prepaid Plan: a subscription plan paid upfront covering a fixed number of deliveries.
• Promotional Price: discounted per-box price applied as an incentive for paying upfront.
• RRP: standard recommended retail price per box, currently £70, as displayed on our website.
• Delivered Boxes: any box that has been delivered, shipped, or is in fulfilment / delivery processing.

2. Nature of the Prepaid Plan Discount

Prepaid Plans are offered at a Promotional Price, conditional upon the customer completing the full Prepaid Plan term. Where the Prepaid Plan is cancelled early (for reasons other than fault on our part), the Promotional Price no longer applies.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Prepaid Plan Terms affects your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable.

If you cancel your Prepaid Plan early for reasons unrelated to product fault, incorrect supply, or breach by Peachies, any refund due will be calculated as:

6. Returns Under Prepaid Plans

6.1 Opened Products and Change of Mind

Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, Peachies products cannot be returned once they have been opened or the packaging seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened packs may be returned within your 14-day statutory cancellation period (see clause 3). Outside that period, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference or incorrect size selection.

6.2 Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a box that is damaged in transit or incorrect due to fulfilment error, you must notify us within 14 days (and provide photos where possible). We will assess and, where required by law, arrange a replacement or refund within 14 days from either (1) receiving the goods back or (2) receiving evidence they have been returned (whichever is earlier).

6.3 Faulty Items

If you receive a box that is faulty, you have 30 days to notify us for a full refund. Please provide photos of the fault and packaging where possible.

7. When Refunds Are Not Due

• Boxes already shipped or delivered (except where a refund is required by law);
• Delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays) once a box has been dispatched; or
• Cancellation requests made after dispatch has occurred for a given box.

8. Processing Time for Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

9. Anti-Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any Prepaid Plan order where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse of promotional pricing, including repeated cancellations intended to obtain discounted pricing without completing the plan term.

10. Price Reversion Upon Early Termination

Upon early termination (excluding where cancellation is legally required due to fault by Peachies), the Promotional Price is voided retrospectively, Delivered Boxes are deemed supplied at RRP, and any refund is limited strictly to the remaining balance after re-pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

By submitting your images and/or videos via our creator form you are agreeing to usage on all channels including but not limited to Peachies-owned and third-party social channels (organic and paid), wearepeachies.com, press features, in-store branding and online third parties.
